What a year for Lively Therapy Services! Our go-to phrase is always “growth has been exponential,” but reflecting on this year truly shows just how exponential our growth has been. By November 2022 it was apparent to us that the growth we were experiencing could no longer be accommodated for in the space we were inhabiting. As 2023 began, we anxiously awaited our new location in Kannapolis, a city we have always felt would be a pivotal landing place for the company and OH BOY were we right!
In April of 2023 we moved into our new space, a building that had been empty for close to a decade and subsequently garnered attention at the time construction began. We received several phone calls, online messages, and visitors stating they were curious about what we were, what services we provided, and how long we had been in business. By receiving this kind of attention at the time we moved in, our referrals have helped us broaden our horizons in so many ways. With the expansion we have experienced, new learning opportunities followed in tow. These experiences, both good and bad, are things that have shaped us in ways that will forever influence how we treat, how we grow, and how we’ll continue to build the company.
At the end of the day, we could not have achieved what we have without the support of the families that entrusted us with the care of their loved ones. The foundation of Lively Therapy Services was built on family-based love, care, and decisions. To be able to support other families in that way is exactly what Megan intended when she began Lively Therapy Services. As therapists, mothers, sisters, and friends, the support we seek in our lives is the support we strive to give in return.
